Spring!

I am so glad it is Spring and starting to warm up!  I'll take it, windy days and all...  Here are some signs of Spring I found in the backyard the other day

carrots you ask?!  We harvested 63 carrots left over from last year that grew all winter long!  And they were delicious!!  (one of them looks a little awkward!  Betcha can't tell which!)

St. Patrick's Day!

We had a pretty exciting St. Patrick's this year I must say!

 First, here is some of my St. Patty's decor (and a pic of Pres. Monson!)

 The leprachaun visited us again this year, and this time sent them on a Shamrock hunt.  They had to find a Shamrock in each color ending with a special treat with the purple shamrock!  He really had to go apparently... :)  (idea via PINTEREST!!  DUH!)

 We had a St. Patty's potluck at the park.  This is some of the grub: shamrock sandwiches, green wraps, irish soda bread, green salads, rainbow veggies, green deviled eggs, and more.  So creative!

Children's Museum

During Spring Break we went to the Children's Museum in Santa Fe with some friends.  It was awesome!  SO perfect for our kids' ages.  There were so many fun things to do.  We will definitely be going back!

Cousins!

The Johansons came to town last weekend to hang out and go to the temple.  On Saturday we took our kids to have a tour of the temple grounds.  It was really nice but realllly cold!  It was so beautiful though and I loved that my kids could learn more about our temple and the special spirit that is there.

On Saturday night we had a BIG sleepover at our house complete with 12 children!  Boys were in one room, girls in the other!  The adults got to stay up late and play games.
